MINI'S RUGBY
Boroughmuir Rugby starts with P1 to P7 boys and girls training together. They learn rugby skills, teamwork, passing, fitness and communication.

Training increases as boys and girls get older
Sundays P1/P2’s to P7’s – 1.30pm to 3.00pm
Tuesdays P5, P6 & P7’s – 6pm to 7pm

MIDI'S RUGBY S1 TO S6 BOYS
Secondary school age rugby splits training by gender. Our boys programme gradually builds up to include scums, line outs, full contact and 15 a side rugby.
Our Under 18 team retained the title of Scottish youth rugby champions in 2024.
We have a physical literacy programme from U13 to U18, once a week. There is also a player development programme for players who show promise in their rugby development. Players are nominated by their head coach from U16s following Scottish Rugby’s Blue Print GASPS model. This programme covers extra pitch and mental skills as well as focused gym work, and is available for boys and girls.

Wednesday:
U13’s & U14’s – 7.00pm to 8.30pm

U15’s – 8.00pm to 9.30pm
U16’s – 5.30pm to 6.30pm
U18’s – 6.30pm to 8.00pm
Saturday:
U18’s – Fixtures
Sundays:
Midis: U13’s, U14’s, U15’s & U16’s –

GIRL'S RUGBY
At present we have one girls training squad for secondary school age.
Increasing girls participation in rugby is a real focus for us.
If you think teamwork, communication, fun and fitness are things you’d like in your life, get in touch.
