Boroughmuir Rugby Welcomes Thistle Vets as Mini & Youth Festival Partner

Boroughmuir Rugby & Community Sports Club are delighted to welcome Thistle Vets as a new partner, with the local, independent veterinary practice sponsoring the club’s annual Mini & Youth Festival.

With branches in Chesser and Clovenstone, Thistle Vets is a welcome addition to the Boroughmuir family, supporting an important event in the club’s calendar that celebrates youth rugby and the wider community.

A partnership with a four-legged twist

To celebrate the new partnership, some of our players recently visited Thistle Vets’ Chesser practice to meet Scott McGinlay and the team for a special photoshoot.

With a few four-legged friends joining the line-up, the visit provided plenty of opportunities for photos, although getting everyone to pose perfectly proved to be another matter!

An exclusive offer for Boroughmuir members

As part of the partnership, Boroughmuir members can benefit from an exclusive 25% discount on pet health plans with Thistle Vets.

Members simply need to show their Boroughmuir membership card when enquiring to take advantage of the offer.

Further elements of the partnership will also be introduced around the Clubhouse, with branded pet stations featuring water bowls and dog treats planned for members and their four-legged visitors.

Looking ahead

We’re delighted to welcome Scott, James and the entire team at Thistle Vets to Boroughmuir and look forward to working together throughout the season.

Thank you to Thistle Vets for supporting our Mini & Youth Festival and the wider Boroughmuir community.
